
Jim Little joined Wollastons in 1990 and is highly regarded for his
expertise in Planning and Electoral Law. He is a former barrister
and held senior positions in local government administration for
over 17 years.
Jim was Chief Executive to Dunmow RDC before going into private
practice in 1973. He is the author of 'Planning Controls and their
Enforcement' and was the author of 'Schofield's Election Law'.
Jim also lectured on Planning Law at Anglia Polytechnic University
for seven years.
