Nicholas Cook was previously a partner of the firm for over 20 years. He now combines a full time consultancy role with a thriving Notarial practice and a number of external business and charitable appointments. His extensive experience includes a particular expertise in commercial leaseholds and he regularly writes and lectures on property law.Nicholas is very active in the wider business community and is a National Council member of the Institute of Directors (having previously held the post of Chairman of the Essex Branch). He is also an Essex board member of the Prince's Trust and Chairman of the Heart of Essex Business Group as well as being a freeman of the City of London and a liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Distillers.
